VIOLENCE POLICY
SAMMLER V. Michalopoulos SA complies with all the measures and obligations regarding the prevention and treatment of all forms of violence and harassment, including gender-based violence and harassment and sexual harassment. The purpose of this policy is to create and consolidate a work environment that respects, promotes and ensures human dignity and the right of every person to a world of work free of violence and harassment. The Management of SAMMLER V. Michalopoulos SA declares that it recognizes and respects the right of every employee to a work environment free of violence and harassment and that it has no such behavior, of any form, by any person.
With this policy, the Administration adopts and applies the relevant regulatory legislation (law 4808/2021) for all employees with the following measures:
A Preventing and combating violence and harassment at work
a. Assessing any risk of violence and harassment at work.
b. Taking measures to prevent, control, limit and address risks as well as to monitor such incidents or patterns of behaviour.
c. Carrying out actions to inform and raise awareness among employees.
d. Providing information on the rights and obligations of employees and the employer, as well as persons exercising managerial authority or representing the employer, to the extent and to the extent of their own responsibility, in the event of occurrence or reporting or reporting of such incidents, as well as for the relevant procedure.
e. With the appointment of a reference person for the guidance and information of employees regarding the prevention and treatment of violence and harassment at work.
f. Ensuring employment protection and support for working victims of domestic violence to the extent possible, by any reasonable means or reasonable accommodation.
B Procedure for receiving and examining complaints
a. Ensuring communication channels and appointing competent persons.
b. Investigating and reviewing complaints impartially and protecting the confidentiality and personal data of victims and complainants;
c. By prohibiting retaliation against the affected person.
d. By describing the consequences upon detection of violations.
e. By cooperating and providing any relevant information to the competent authorities, if requested.
